　　附：一份好的自薦信才可以引起人事經理的注意力，雖然自薦信沒有固定的格式，但是一些細節是肯定要注意的。

　　一、姓名、通訊地址、聯系電話、電子郵件、網址占據求職信頂端的中間或靠邊。注意：每條信息之間分隔明白，網址獨立成行;為便于掃描，每條信息獨立成行最好。

　　二、日期低于聯系方式兩行，靠右邊;提要低于日期一行，靠左邊。在英文求職信中，日期靠左邊/右邊，提要低于日期兩行，靠右邊。

　　三、能夠用對方的姓名直呼對方最好，因為人們都是喜歡別人稱呼自己的名字。所以，想方法去弄明白面試負責人的姓名和性別。如果不能，你可以運用“尊敬的雇主”或干脆用“早上好”比起用“尊敬的先生或女士”要親熱地多。

　　四、想盡一切方法，讓求職信的第一句話就抓住閱讀者，讓他能認真地讀你的簡歷。使對方感愛好的清規戒律是：從對方的利益出發，為對方的利益服務。

　　五、把你的基本技能、成績、以及別人對你以往業績的評價介紹給雇主，對你的工作經歷加以概括，如：“在某公司擔任會計工作期間，取得了如下成績：┄┄”如果你的求職信不包括簡歷，那么長度不應超過六段。

　　六、向對方致謝，感謝其花工夫閱讀你的材料，并考慮與你面談;告訴對方你會在某某工夫打電話詢問材料是否安全抵達和安排工夫面試事宜。即使你打電話問知的結果不盡如人意，但總比你一直等候一個永遠不會打來的電話要好。

　　七、常見的結束語有“此致、敬禮”、“順頌商安”等。其下是你的簽名，字跡不可潦草模糊。如果在聯系方式中你沒有署名，那么在你的簽名下應當打印上你的名字，以確保對方能明白辨認。
