　　附：同其它企業(yè)單位求職信相比，外企求職信有什么特點及要求呢?

　　(1)外企求職信一般要用外語寫，主要是英語，或準備好中、英文兩份材料。寫求職信的過程本身也就反映出了你的外語水平，故應盡量做到語言規(guī)范、符合外文習慣，減少語法錯誤。

　　(2)求職信要有針對性。針對不同企業(yè)不同職位，求職信的內(nèi)容要有所變化，側(cè)重點有所不同，使對方覺得你的經(jīng)歷和素質(zhì)與所聘職位要求相一致，因為外企招聘所需要的不是最好的員工，而是最適合其所聘工作的人。

　　(3)外企求職信中不要流露出不自信的思想，外企忌諱的是不自信，這與中國傳統(tǒng)的“謙虛是美德”略有不同，在寫外企求職信中，應掌握，不必太謙虛，應充分強調(diào)啟己的長處和技能，對自己較重要的經(jīng)歷和實踐要較詳細的敘述。

　　(5)在寫外企求職信中，經(jīng)注意寫“怎么干”這比”干什么”更重要。比如你擔任過校學生會主席，不要光寫頭銜，更重要的是你是如何擔任這個職位的，組織了哪些活動，有什么成績，怎么組織這些活動，達到既定目標。因為外企重視的不是你的身份，而是你如何在所任職位上發(fā)揮你的才能，他們大都以此來判斷你的能力和潛力是否能勝任其所聘職位的工作。
