摘要:由于網絡空間的虛擬性、開放性和隨意性,越來越多的大學生使用“語言暴力”,導致網絡空間充滿各種語言暴力內容,給大學生正常使用網絡學習、生活帶來了很大的困擾,由于網絡暴力事件涉及到大學生的日常生活,對大學生的學習生活有較大的影響,因此,研究網絡語言暴力對大學生的思想政治工作具有重要的意義。

隨著互聯網的普及,人們的時間越來越多地被互聯網所把持,互聯網與人們的學習、生活、工作結合的越來越緊密,為人們帶來了很多的方便。但是,各種語言暴力也充斥網絡的每個角落,大學生更是網絡語言暴力的積極參與者,從制造到傳播,每一個流程都能看到大學生的身影。
一、大學生網絡語言暴力本質及現象
(一)大學生網絡語言暴力的本質
根據史料記載,中國最早的語言暴力源于戰國時期,孟子為了反對楊朱的“人人為己論”和墨子的“兼愛”思想,曾經在《辟楊墨》中這樣寫道“楊氏為我,是無君也;墨氏兼愛,是無父也。無君無父是禽獸也”。不過當時的社會傳播效果沒有現代這樣這么明顯。后來到了三國時期(三國演義)有“諸葛亮罵死王朗”充分證明了語言暴力對人們的嚴重傷害。然而,在網絡社會今天,網絡輿論的力量更加強大,同時也帶來了一系列的道德和法律問題,引起了中國學者的高度關注。筆者通過一系列的網絡暴力事件的收集、分析、總結,認為:網絡語言暴力是大量網民對某一具體事件中的具體對象發起的一系列具有侮辱性、攻擊性、煽動性的言論,從而影響此對象及其親友的正常學習、生活,并對當事人造成了一定的心理傷害的事件,簡單來說它就是一種社會軟暴力,是語言暴力在網絡上的延伸,但是網絡語言暴力本身雖是語言的一部分,他要比傳統的語言暴力擁有更大的影響力,擁有更強的攻擊性,其內容形式比傳統的語言暴力包含的更加廣泛,網絡語言暴力的表現手法還包括了表情、圖片、音頻、視頻等。
(二)大學生網絡語言暴力的具體表現形式
1 肆意謾罵以及使用人身攻擊語言,很多“知名人士”因為犯過一些小過錯,被爆出來以后,很多都會在網上被誹謗和攻擊,如網絡上的李開復的學歷門事件、最毒后媽事件、等遭受到很多人的謾罵、甚至是人身攻擊。再如“藥家鑫”事件中的李玫瑾就因為為被告人藥家鑫辯護了幾句,她的各種資料就被人肉了出來,其學歷被人質疑,接著是將她的名字改得不堪入目,她以后每發一條新微博,都會引起網絡中的一陣騷動。
2 散播謠言。很多大學生對網絡上散播的一些網絡事件在沒有正式的情況下,就對其進行傳播和發布,對當事人造成嚴重的傷害。
二、大學生網絡語言暴力危害
(一)對學生與學生關系的危害
當前在校大學生基本都是90后,這一代人其個性比較多元化,看待問題的角度也不同,因此,他們在交流過程中常常產生各種矛盾,而同時由于他們平時都以自我為中心,因此,較難容忍與自我的觀點不同,其自私和感性的一面就會爆發出來,一切感情用事,缺乏冷靜思考,但問題應該怎樣解決呢,在現實生活中爆發實在是不妥,于是,他們就以網絡為載體開始了他們的網絡語言暴力表演,各種謾罵、嘲笑、譏諷,再加上一些看熱鬧的煽風點火,導致問題越演越烈,無法收場,甚至延伸到現實世界之中,引起不必要沖突。
(二)對學生與教師關系的危害
由于師生溝通不好或者是由于部分教師素質確實存在一些問題,容易引起學生的網絡語言暴力事件。大學教師與學生之間的交流一般僅限于上課時,其他很少交流,與學生的聯系十分有限。一些學生在學習、生活以及思想中遇到各種問題時,由于長久得不到解決就會對老師感覺不滿,對老師產生偏見,于是學生就通過網絡平臺發泄對老師的不滿,甚至是謾罵和侮辱。這樣不僅不利于學生自己問題的解決,還僵化了師生之間的關系,不利于問題的解決。
(三)對學生與學校關系的危害
大學生網絡語言暴力對高校的影響主要原因是部分高校對于學生提出的一些要求和建議不夠重視,總是一推再推,引起學生的強烈不滿,從而導致學生通過網絡語言暴力的方法,來發泄自身內心的不滿。因此,對于大學生網絡暴力的產生,除了大學生自身的原因之外,還跟我們的教師以及學校自身也有著密切的關系,只要教師和學校能夠在平時的工作中端正自己的態度,堅持為學生服務為中心,相信有效化解學生與老師和學校的關系。若還能夠加強對學生的引導和培訓,學生之間的關系,也一定能夠得到一定的改善。
三、大學生網絡語言暴力預防
(一)讓學生認識網絡語言暴力的現象和危害
當前我國網民現已達到五億,遍布在qq、微薄、論壇等眾多地方,其中大學生是這五億網民中最為活躍的一幫人,自然也是網絡語言暴力的`主要群體,網絡語言暴力事件已非常普遍。必須充分認識到網絡語言暴力事件的危害,讓他們認識到網絡語言暴力是影響人與人之間關系的一個毒瘤,只有從根本上轉變對網絡語言暴力事件的看法,讓他們通過日常的道德規范來約束自己的網上行為,加強自身責任感,通過自我素質的不斷提高,來約束自己在網上的言行。與此同時,高校也應專門開辟出一塊陣地,來對大學生的世界觀、人生觀、價值觀進行教育。另外,教師要與學生多溝通,及時發現學生中存在的各種異常現象,并通過交流溝通,及時解決其中潛伏的各種問題。將網絡帶給學生的所有負面影響降到最低。同時學校要設立各種校園意見欄、意見箱、以及教師在線等,為學生解決他們遇到的各種難題。通過定期對學生所反映的問題進行調查、討論、研究,了解學生問題,掌握學生的思想動態。其實,很大一部分網絡暴力的原因是因為人們感覺到了不公平,只要學校能夠積極開展各種互幫互助活動,鼓勵學生積極參加,就能有效溝通學生之間的關系,融洽校園的文化氛圍,只要學生們的不公平感降低了、人際關系融洽了,學生的網絡語言暴力行為就會大大降低。從而為學校營造一個良好的語言氛圍。及時化解各種問題,引導健康的輿論環境。
(二)當今的網絡事件發展形式主要從微薄、論壇、qq、sns網站等地產生而大學生占據這些網絡應用用戶的很大比例,也常常是被不懷好意的人利用的一個群體,他們中的一小撮人若發表一些過激的,不符合事實的言論,常常因為沉默螺旋理論而造成一場場風波。通過以上對網絡語言傳播工具的認識,我們應讓高校網站成為引導社會環境的先鋒,協同學生共同規范網絡輿論環境和形式,這些網
輿論活動不僅包括線上的文明上網活動,還包括臺下的互動過程。其次,要加強活動的趣味性,光有活動是不行的,還要有趣味性,若沒有趣味性是不會有人參加的。其網絡語言大賽可以采用學生喜聞樂見的形式來進行,通過學生們文明、生動、有趣等一系列語言交流活動,讓同學感受文明上網給自己帶來的快樂,從而引起學生們的關注,通過這部分網絡這一部分網絡先鋒人物,來帶動全校同學文明上網。從而為在高校開展思想政治工作。
