　　敘述性

　　一段一百字的短話若讓求職者以二十個字甚至十個字去概括可能會使其感到非常困難，但這正是檢驗求職者語言表達能力的最佳方式，諸多求職者在書寫簡歷時不會去注意他們所表述的語句是否連貫，而只去一味的按照自己的風格書寫，這種做法明顯是非常不正確的。

　　精確度

　　求職者簡歷中的陳述可信度一定要高，可信度較高的簡歷不僅可以使招聘方認可其所具備的能力，同時他們也會因為長期閱讀注水簡歷而對這位求職者抱有一種特殊的偏愛。
