　　1.Company logo 公司標(biāo)志

　　A:I need to send a fax. Do you have a cover page with company logo?

　　B:Yes. There is a stack of them by the fax machine.

　　A：我要發(fā)個(gè)傳真，你有帶公司標(biāo)志的傳真扉頁嗎？

　　B：有，傳真機(jī)旁邊有一沓。

　　2. Completion receipt 傳真回執(zhí)

　　A: How do you know if your fax is sent?

　　B: You can set up the fax machine to print a completion receipt. It will also print an error page if the fax does not go through.

　　A：怎樣才能知道傳真已經(jīng)發(fā)出去了？

　　B：你可以設(shè)定傳真機(jī)打印一張完成回執(zhí)，如果傳真發(fā)送失敗的話，傳真機(jī)也會(huì)打印一張發(fā)送失敗回執(zhí)。

　　3.Date, time and number stamp 日期，時(shí)間和號(hào)碼顯示

　　A: What's the importance of the date, time and number stamp printed on the top of the fax?

　　B: That's the proof of when and from where you receive the fax.

　　A：在傳真上方的日期、時(shí)間和序列號(hào)為什么那么重要啊？

　　B：因?yàn)槟鞘悄愫螘r(shí)何地收到傳真的證明。

　　4.Error message 錯(cuò)誤信息

　　A: I got an error message.

　　B: Oh, the memory of the fax machine is full, and there is no paper to print.

　　A：我收到一個(gè)錯(cuò)誤信息。

　　B：哦，傳真機(jī)的內(nèi)存已經(jīng)滿了，而且也沒有打印紙了。

　　5.Error page 錯(cuò)誤頁

　　A: Lily, your fax didn't go through. Here is the error page it printed out.

　　B: Thank you. I thought my fax was fine.

　　A：莉莉，你的傳真沒發(fā)出去，這是打出的一個(gè)錯(cuò)誤頁。

　　B：謝謝你，我還以為發(fā)出去了呢。
