Janice: How can I help you, sir? Man: I am here to have a discussion on your company's investment issue.

Janice: Sorry, could you tell me your name? Man: I am James Pond from FAM Company and I am here to discuss it with Nova.

Janice: Do you have an appointment? Man: Yes, I did it yesterday. Our meeting should be 2 o'clock.

Arden: Here I raise a question for you. Just imagine we will have a foreign guest from Japan. Can you teill me how I ought to be to the most comfortable and polite?
