Everything goes well, but I am thinking about quitting my current job.

I just sense. But I cannot grow anymore. My boss is not really supporting me. I am interested in some positions in other JV companies, but I need to do some more in-step research before I send my application letters out.
That is important. Doing research on a company you are interested in will definitely help your application.
Certainly, it is very nice talking with you. But I really have to go now. Catch you later.
Ok, good luck to you.
1.I am working on it
We will work on those who have erred and help them do right.
Shell work on him to make him change his mind.
He has been working on a new novel for over a year now.
I am working on it具體指的就是“我正忙著找工作”。
2. how is everything going
3.Catch you later
catch表示“抓”的意思,later表示“較晚地,后來”,Catch you later指的就是“I will talk to you or see you later.” Okay, catch you later.
另外,我們還可以用“catch you around”,“ see you later”這兩個短語來表達相同的意思。

面試官(Interviewer, 簡稱 I):Good morning! Please have a seat.
求職者(Applicant, 簡稱 A):Good morning! Thank you so much for giving me this interview opportunity.
I: First of all, could you briefly introduce yourself?
A: Sure. My name is Li Hua. I graduated from Beijing University with a major in Business Administration. During my college years, I was actively involved in various student organizations. I served as the secretary of the Student Union, where I was responsible for organizing events, managing documents, and coordinating with different departments. This experience has greatly improved my organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
I: Sounds great. Why do you want to apply for the position of administrative assistant in our company?
A: I’ve always been interested in administrative work. I believe my skills and experiences make me a good fit for this role. I know this position requires handling office tasks, managing schedules, and providing support to different departments. Your company has a great reputation in the industry, and I’m eager to contribute my abilities here while also learning and growing in a professional environment.
I: What do you think are the most important qualities for an administrative assistant?
A: I think strong organizational skills are crucial. An administrative assistant needs to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. Good communication skills are also necessary, as they need to interact with colleagues, clients, and external partners. Moreover, being detail-oriented and able to work under pressure are important, because even a small mistake in administrative work may cause big problems.
I: Can you share an example of a time when you had to handle a difficult situation at work or during an internship?
A: When I was organizing a large - scale campus activity as a student union secretary, two important speakers suddenly couldnt attend due to emergencies. I quickly contacted the backup speakers on our list, explained the situation, and managed to get them to agree to come. At the same time, I updated the event schedule and informed all the participants. Although it was very stressful, the event finally went smoothly.
I: Very impressive. Do you have any questions for me?
A: Yes. I’d like to know what kind of training and development opportunities the company offers for administrative staff?
I: We provide regular in - house training courses on office software, communication skills, and management knowledge. Also, there are opportunities to attend external seminars and workshops related to the industry.

I: Hello! Welcome to our company for the interview.
A: Hello! It’s my honor to be here.
I: Let’s start. Can you tell me something about your work experience?
A: I have two years of work experience in a marketing - related field. My last job was as a marketing assistant at ABC Company. There, I was responsible for assisting the marketing team in planning and executing marketing campaigns. I helped with market research, collecting data on consumer trends and competitor activities. I also coordinated with the design and advertising teams to ensure the timely production of promotional materials.
I: Why did you leave your previous company?
A: I really appreciate the opportunities I had in my previous company, but I’m looking for a more challenging position that allows me to further develop my skills. This market coordinator position in your company seems to be a perfect fit for my career goals, as it requires more independent work and strategic thinking.
I: What do you know about our company’s marketing strategies?
A: I’ve done some research. I know your company focuses on a customer - centered marketing approach, emphasizing building long - term relationships with customers through personalized services and high - quality products. You also actively use social media platforms for brand promotion and customer engagement, which I think is very forward - thinking in today’s digital age.
I: If you were in this position and needed to collaborate with multiple departments for a new marketing campaign, how would you ensure effective communication and cooperation?
A: First, I would hold a kick - off meeting to clearly define the goals, tasks, and timelines of the campaign for each department. I’d also create a communication plan, including regular progress meetings and using online collaboration tools for real - time communication. I’d encourage an open - door policy, so that team members can freely share their ideas and concerns. And I’d make sure to listen to different opinions and find solutions to any conflicts that may arise during the process.
I: Good answer. How do you handle stress and tight deadlines?
A: I stay organized. I break down large tasks into smaller, manageable steps and prioritize them. I also take short breaks to refresh my mind when I feel overwhelmed. For example, during a busy marketing campaign in my previous job, we had a very tight deadline for launching a new product promotion. I made a detailed schedule, worked closely with the team, and managed to complete all the tasks on time.
I: That’s excellent. Do you have any questions?
A: Yes. What are the key performance indicators for this market coordinator position?
I: They include the success rate of marketing campaigns, the growth of customer engagement on our marketing channels, and the efficiency of cross - departmental cooperation in marketing projects.
A: I understand. Thank you.
I: You’re welcome. We’ll get back to you soon.
A: Thank you for your time. I hope to have the chance to work here.
