【購買辦公用品情景對話一】
A：Bill, will you be free at noon?
比爾，中午有空嗎?
B：Yes. What can I do for you?
有空，有什么事需要幫忙嗎?
A：We need a new filing cabinet in the office. Could you go downtown with me after lunch?
我們辦公室要添置一個新的`檔案柜。午飯后你能和我一起上街去買嗎?
B：All right. Have you got an idea about what type to buy?
可以，你知道買什么型號的嗎?
A：Yes, the same as the one we have. And we also need some small articles in the office, such as pens, clips, erasers and sticky notes.
知道，跟我們現在用的一樣。對了，辦公室里還得添一些小物件，比如鋼筆、回形針、橡皮以及便利貼等。
B：Can you remember them all?
你都記得住嗎?
A：Susan has already given me a list of all the stationery which we need to buy.

michael: the boss has an errand for you.

billy: what is my task, sir?

michael: scope out the city's shopping malls and find out the best deals.

billy: the best deals on what sort of items?
比利：買什么東西呀?
michael: office supplies, of course.
邁克爾：當然是辦公用品了。
billy: i'm leaving now.
比利：那我走了。
michael: hold your horses. don't leave without finishing your report first.

B：我要訂購兩個辦公柜和兩份臺歷。

辦公柜要白色的產品編號是90-f-2356。
A:How soon do you want it?
A：你要多快送到?
B:Could you deliver it tomorrow?
B：你能不能明天送到?
A:No problem.
A：沒問題。
B:Please handle the items carefully.

A:Certainly.
