　　仲裁條款

　　A: I think we have everything in the contract. Shall we sign it'?

　　A:我認為合同里包括了所有內容，我們可以簽字嗎?

　　B: Wait a minute. I think we have missed an important point. We should include an arbitration clause in the contract.

　　B:等一下，我覺得我們遺漏了重要的一點。我們應在合同中加上仲裁條款。

　　A: I believe we can solve disputes through an amicable negotiation.

　　A:我認為我們可以通過友好協商的方式解決爭議。

　　B: I hope so. too. But I still think the provision of arbitration is of great importance to both of us.

　　B：我也希望如此一但我仍認為仲裁條款確實塒我們雙方都非常重要

　　A: All right. I agree with you. But where do we hold arbitration'l

　　A:好的.，我同意你的看法但我們在哪一國進行仲裁呢?

　　B: I suggest the arbitration be held in a third country.

　　B:我建議在第三國進行仲裁

　　A : It sounds reasonable. The clause should be like this : any disputes arising from the execution of this contract shall be settled in a friendly way. If no settlement can be reached through consul- tation and conciliation, the disputes shall be submitted for arbitration by a mutually nominated arbitrator. The arbitrator's decision on the dispute is final and binding on the both parlies.

　　A:這很合理二條款應這么寫：合同執行過程中出現的任何爭執都應通過友好式加以解決二如果無法通過調節協商解決，應提交由雙方指定的仲裁人加以裁定。仲裁人對爭執所做的裁決為最后裁決，對雙方均具有約束力。

　　B. Ok.

　　B:可以

　　與客戶打招呼

　　A: Hi! May I help you?

　　A:你好!能為您效勞么?

　　B: Thank you ! I am interested in your product. But I am not familiar with your corporation.

　　B：謝謝。我對你們公司的產品很感興趣，但是對你們公司不了解。

　　A : In fact . in the past . we only attended local exhibitions.

　　A：實際上，以前我們只在國內參展。

　　B: No wonder.

　　B：難怪。
