　　THE INVITATION LETTER SUBMITTED BY THE ITALIAN COMPANY MUST CONTAIN ALL THE DATA HEREBY SPECIFIED WITHOUT ANY EXCEPTION. INCOMPLETE DATA WILL LEAD TO A REJECTION OF THE APPLICATION AT THE COUNTER

　　(The invitation letter is to be drafted in Italian on headed paper, signed by a legal person and sealed with the company chop)

　　With this letter we kindly request to issue the visas to (number)………...person(s) of the company.............………………....., who has/have been invited to visit our company in ...........................................(place) from..............until..............., with the purpose of................................................................................................................(state the reason and the detailed purpose of the trip, the undergoing cooperation project, purchase or sale orders etc.).

　　The delegation is made up by the following persons:

　　意大利商務邀請函的要求：

　　邀請函需提供原件,需用邀請公司的正式信頭紙打印，印有邀請公司地址、電話號碼、傳真號碼等聯系信息，內容須包括：

　　1、申請人的護照號碼、出生日期、職務、薪酬；

　　2、到訪目的（必須詳細具體），計劃逗留的`時間（從什么時候到什么時候、共停留多少天），詳細行程安排；

　　3、出訪費用由誰支付；回國保證；

　　4、注明邀請人的姓名及職務，打印后蓋章并親筆簽名；

　　如果是展會邀請請注意：A參展所交費用的匯款單據，及對方的發票確認;B展位圖紙，并勾畫出參展的位置;C參展的產品介紹及其他輔助材料，公司的業務介紹，交易額等。
