　　3、全權辦理以上述房產向銀行申請按揭貸款或抵押貸款，并代為簽署借款合同、抵押合同、借款借據、借款申請書、劃款委托書、帳戶確認書等相關文件，收取銀行貸款款項，辦理合同公證并在相關文件上簽字；在銀行開立帳戶，領取并保管存折，并在深圳市房地產權登記中心辦理抵押登記手續。

　　4、辦理申請贖樓貸款手續，簽署銀行借款借據、借款合同、抵押合同、借款申請書、劃款委托書、帳戶確認書等一切相關文件；在銀行開立帳戶，領取并保管存折，辦理還款的相關手續；償還上述銀行贖樓貸款，并簽署一切相關文件。

　　5、到檔案管理等相關部門查詢并打印產權資料，復印房地產證、借款、抵押合同、購房發票、契稅發票等資料，到銀行辦理提前還款申請手續，開具利息證明，復印借款合同、抵押合同，打印欠款本息清單及歷史還款記錄等相關資料，辦理相關手續；到銀行或其他機構查詢、打印個人征信系統信息及信用報告；到相關部門打印房屋產權信息查詢證明；到稅務部門辦理減、免稅申請手續并簽署一切相關文件，領取免稅函等相關文件。

　　6、全權辦理提前還清上述房產按揭貸款的贖樓手續、終止授信額度等一切相關手續，代為簽署銀行罰息（違約金）費用確認函（確認書）等相關資料，代交銀行提前還款違約金、領取上述房產的房地產買賣合同和房地產證等產權證明，領取辦理注銷抵押登記的相關文件、房地產買賣合同、借款合同、借款借據、購房發票、房屋保險單、發票和退保證明、付清樓款證明、還款憑證等，并在有關文件上簽字。

　　7、全權辦理上述房產的注銷抵押登記手續及領取、保管房地產證等相關事宜，并在有關文件上簽字。

　　8、全權辦理上述房產的變更登記手續，簽署變更登記申請表及一切相關文件，領取、保管房地產證等相關事宜，并在有關文件上簽字。

　　9、全權辦理出售上述房產的一切相關事宜，辦理過戶、轉移登記的相關手續，簽署轉移登記申請表、轉移登記詢問申請人記錄、深圳市二手房買賣合同或房地產買賣現售合同，辦理合同公證并簽署相關文件。

　　12、到深圳市房地產權登記中心或房地產交易服務中心辦理退件、撤銷過戶的相關手續，簽署相關文件并領取二手房買賣合同或房地產買賣現售合同、房地產證等相關資料；到司法機關或仲裁機構咨詢上述房產所涉案件的具體情況，查詢、復印并領取上述房產所涉案件的相關文件資料。
