外貿英語信用證關鍵詞匯

　　外貿英語中，關于信用證的英語有很多，來看看下面這些信用證英語的關鍵詞匯吧!

　　Bona fide holders 實際指的是外貿業務中匯票或提單等票據的合法持有者，它的意思是“善意持有人”。即議付單據的持有者或受讓人。Bone fide 本是個拉丁語詞，意思是“真真的， 真誠的”。

　　This documentary credit is available for negotiation to pay without specific restriction to drawers or bone fide holders. 本跟單信用證對出票人或善意持票人不限制議付。

　　教學過程當中，有人也問什么叫act of God，教師道：“不就是上帝的行為唄! ”“上帝的`行為”是什么行為呀? 其實就是“不可抗力”。另外force majeure也表示“不可抗力”。

　　Negotiate 和honor 在信用證中都有付款的含義，但其確切的含義并不相同。

　　Negotiate 在外貿業務中的含義是“議付”，既get or give money for (checks， bonds， etc. ) 之意。請看以下句子。

　　At the time of negotiation, 5% commission to be deducted from invoice value and should be remitted by the negotiating bank in the form of a bank draft in favor of Cima Co. 議付到期時， 將按發票金額扣除百分之五的傭金，該扣除金額須由議付行以銀行匯票形式開給西馬公司。

　　Negotiable 這個形容詞，指代的又是具有物權憑證的議付單據，意為“可議付的，可流通的， 可兌現的”，如：negotiable documents“議付單據”，包括匯票、發票、提單等正本。而non-negotiable documents 是指“非議付單據”，即提單、保單一類的副本單據，而不是結匯單據。

　　Honor 之意是“兌現”、“承付”， accept and pay“如期支付，承兌”，honor a bill (cheque， draft， etc. ) 就是“兌現票據(支票，匯票，信用證;托收) ”。

　　而外貿實務當中的acceptance 指的是“承兌，認付”;即買方在見到匯票時答應并簽字確認， 待到匯票到期后一定付款 (accept/promise to pay on due date by signing the draft) ，而不是馬上付款!

　　This L/C will be duly honored only if the seller submits whole set of documents that all terms and requirements under L/C No. 45675 have been complied with. 只有出口人提供與信用證No. 45675號項下相符的全套單據，本行才予承付(意即付款)。
